Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the Competence and Job Satisfaction of CV. Herry Motorindo Mandiri, West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study are all employees who work at CV Herry Motorindo Mandiri. The sampling technique in this study used a purposive technique, namely the entire population was used as a research sample, totaling 22 people. Data collection techniques in this study using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that the competence and job satisfaction of employees at CV. Herry Motorindo Mandiri in West Rengat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency, is very much in accordance with the conditions set by CV. Herry Motorindo Mandiri in Rengat Barat District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
