Abstract
Generally, workers or laborers are in a weaker position compared to employers. Where employers do not fulfill their obligations to workers, causing disputes so that employers can provide protection for workers to obtain their rights reasonably. The main problem in this study is how labor rights after termination of employment at PT. Son of Beautiful Stone Bagan. How legal remedies are taken in termination of employment by PT. Son of Beautiful Stone Bagan. This research uses sociological (empirical) research methods or (observation research) which is descriptive analytical by means of surveys, in obtaining data, the author uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, the location chosen in this study is at PT. Putra Bagan Batu Indah Riau Province, the researcher conducted interviews with employees and companies as respondents in this study. The results of the research in this writing can be concluded that layoffs are permanent workers or indefinite work agreements PT. Putra Bagan Batu Indah based on Law Number 13 of 2003 concerning Manpower that the unfulfilled rights of workers in the form of severance pay, rights replacement money, work period appreciation money such as leave rights and others as mandated by party law, namely termination of employment that must be agreed by both parties and the provision of company obligations to workers affected by termination of employment. As for the settlement of industrial relations disputes at PT. Putra Bagan Batu Indah almost meets the bright spot, in the process of settlement that seeks resolution by means of deliberation for consensus.
