Abstract

THE EFFECT OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND WORK STRESS ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PDAM TIRTA KAMPAR DISTRICT MUHAMMAD VATIO OWEN NPM: 175211031 The purpose of this research is to identify and analyze the effect of work discipline and work stress on employee performance at PDAM Tirta, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees working at PDAM Tirta, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, which determined the sample based on the objectives and considerations of the researchers, totaling 77 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 26. The results of this study explain that work discipline has a significant positive effect and work stress has a significant negative effect on employee performance at PDAM Tirta, Kampar Regency.
