Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF HUMAN RESOURCES COMPETENCE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT. SUCCESS ARTHA JEWEL DUMAI ANDRI PRASETIO NIM. 175210781 The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of human resource competence on employee performance at PT. Success Artha Permata Dumai. The population in this study were all employees, totaling 65 people. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling, namely determining the sample based on the considerations of the researchers who were taken from marketing department employees, totaling 43 people. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study using SPSS 26 and quantitative descriptive. The results of this study indicate that HR competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Success Artha Permata Dumai
