Abstract

The problem in this research is that the physical condition of the SALTIM FC players is not yet known. This research aims to determine the level of physical condition of SALTIM FC players. This type of research uses descriptive methods. The sample from this research was 20 SALTIM FC players. Data was collected using test instruments in the form of an aerobic endurance test (bleep test), leg muscle explosive power test (standing board jump), speed test (30 meter sprint), agility (agility t-test). From the results of the research and discussion, the researcher can draw a conclusion, namely the physical condition of the Saltim Fc players. In the Perfect category (9.6 - 10) there is not a single person or 0% of the total sample, in the Very Good category (8.0 - 9.5). ) there are 9 people or 45% of the entire sample, and in the Good category (6.0 – 7.9) there are 8 people or 40% of the entire sample. Meanwhile, in the Fair category (4.0 – 5.9) there were 3 players or 15% of the total sample. Then there are no players in the Less category (2.0 – 3.9). In general, the combined physical condition level of Saltim Fc players with an average (mean) of 7.28 is in the Good category.
