Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the financial performance of property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This research was conducted using secondary data obtained through financial reports. The population and samples observed in this study were real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a total of 15 companies with company characteristics that experienced growth and completeness of financial statements using a purposive sampling method. Based on the research results, it is known that the financial performance of real estate and property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2021 has increased and decreased as seen from the analysis of the company's financial ratios, especially profitability ratios, liquidity ratios, and solvency ratios. From the overall results using financial ratio analysis, the company's financial performance can be said to be good, because it is calculated using liquidity ratios and solvency ratio analysis, the company's financial performance is good.
