Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analizise whether of building quality, price, location promotion On purchasing decision For Mahkota Riau Housing. The population in this study are customer for Mahkota Riau Housing. The sampling technique in this study used sampling incidental whith a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection technique in this study using a questionnaire or quetionnaire distributed to costomers. The data analysis technique in this study indicate that multiple linear regression and used SPSS 26 . The result of this study indicate that building quality, price, location promotion On purchasing decision For Mahkota Riau Housing.
