Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF SERVICE QUALITY AND PRICE ON CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IN MAXIM ONLINE TRANSPORTATION SERVICES IN PEKANBARU CITY By: SEPYANDI 175210159 Faculty of Economics and Business Riau Islamic University Pekanbaru This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Maxim online transportation services in Pekanbaru City. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach by collecting data in the form of numbers. The data source used to obtain accurate data is by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample used in this study was Maxim's customers in Pekanbaru City with the criteria of having ordered Maxim's online transportation services more than once as many as 96 respondents with the sampling technique using accidental sampling. Methods for data processing using data collection scale techniques, coefficient of determination, t test and f test. The results of the tests carried out are service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Maxim online transportation services in Pekanbaru City.
