Abstract

THE EFFECT OF FLEXIBLE WORK ARRANGEMENT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF SURYA PELANGI CONVECTION PEKANBARU'S EMPLOYEES By Risni Purnama Sari NPM : 175210041 The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how much influence the flexible work arrangement has on the performance of female employees at Surya Pelangi Convection Pekanbaru. Researchers use quantitative methods by way of a survey to obtain primary data. Data was collected by collecting questionnaires and documentation from female tailors CV. Surya Pelangi Convection. Then the collected data were grouped according to category, then analyzed in depth to draw conclusions using a simple regression analysis tool. The results of this study found that the flexible work arrangement variable, seen from the aspects given from the workplace and working time, was in a very high category. The statistical test which showed that the flexible work arrangement variable had a strong influence on the tailor's performance in CV. Surya Pelangi Convection. Performance variables are influenced by other factors (epsilon) motivation, work experience, compensation, and so on. Employers should consider a written work agreement and work standards in terms of quality by establishing a quality control section.
