Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of service quality, taste and price perception on customer satisfaction at Cipitih Komby Bento and Coffee Resto Pekanbaru. The population in this study were customers of the Cipitih Komby Bento and Coffee Resto Pekanbaru with a sampel technique of 71 people by determinis the sampel using a pusposive sampling technique with the help of the Slovin formula. Research data obtainde from distributing questionnaires in the field. For the data analysis technique used is a quantitave descriptive method with multiple liniear regression analysis using the SPSS program and carrying out the classical Assumption test, determination test (r2), t test, and f test. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that partially and simultaneously the variables of service quality, taste and price perception have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Resto Cipitih Komby Bento and Coffee Pekanbaru.
