Abstract
Learning outcomes can be used as a benchmark for the success of learning carried out by students. Therefore, by measuring learning outcomes, teachers can find out the level of students' mastery of the material that has been taught, especially mathematics. This research aims to determine the effect of approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Regarding Mathematics Learning Outcomes on the main theme of Algebra and Functions (SPLTV). This research is a quasi- experimental research with the dependent variable being mathematics learning outcomes and the independent variables being CTL experimental learning and conventional control learning. The research design is designpretest andposttest which uses a control group without random assignment (Nonequivalent control group design). The research subjects were 2 classes with 21 students in each class. The data collection instrument used was a mathematics learning results test sheet. Data analysis using inferential analysis, namely the t test, obtained scoresposttest at a significance level of 5%. The results of this research are; The effect of the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) Approach on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The results of the inferential analysis show that . It can be concluded that there is an effect of approach Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) on the mathematics learning outcomes.
