To understand the factors that influence boiler availability. This is done by studying boiler performance records which include downtime, maintenance and repairs carried out, maintenance strategies implemented and, and evaluating effectiveness corrective action. availability of boiler performance from year to year as well as influencing factors such as preventive maintenance, component failure, and maintenance policies implemented. This research contributes to the understanding of maintenance management in the palm oil industry, as well as providing recommendations for PKS management to improve operational efficiency and reliability of boiler systems in the future.
