Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of employee work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Kumpulan Health Center, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency. The population in this study was 43 permanent employees with sampling using the Census method, so the sample in this study was 43 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test SPSS 24. t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and to find out how much the independent variable contributes to the dependent variable using the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this research show that work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Kumpulan Health Center, Bonjol District, Pasaman Regency.
