Abstract
This study aims to determine the development and feasibility of traditional snakes and ladders game tools with a universe theme to improve problem solving for children aged 5-6 years. The research method used is Research and Development (RnD), which develops a product and can test the effectiveness of the product. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this study is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique. Data analysis for product feasibility uses an assessment of the results obtained from product design experts and material experts in the form of a questionnaire instrument, the development of the resulting product in the form of a traditional snakes and ladders game tool with a universe theme made of wood arranged like a building is used as a learning medium to improve problem solving for children aged 5-6 years. The results of the product design validation are in the category of 'very feasible'. Likewise, the results of the material validation are in the category of 'very feasible'. Both validation category results show 'very feasible', therefore the development of traditional snakes and ladders game tools with a universe theme is very feasible to be used to improve problem solving for children aged 5-6 years.
