Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance at PT. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci. The population in this study was 61 employees. The sampling technique in this research is to use a purposive sampling method by taking several populations as samples. In this case the researchers took a sample of 31 employees of PT. RAPP Pangkalan Kerinci word supply section by distributing questionnaires to employees totaling 31 samples. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that simultaneously leadership style and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance
