Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance measurement of the Communication, Informatics, Cryptography and Statistics Office of Indragiri Hilir Regency. This research is a qualitative research. This research uses interviews, documentation, written data, written reports, previous research reports or books as data collection techniques. The data requested is in the form of performance reports of government agencies in the communication, informatics, cryptography and statistics office of Indragiri Hilir Regency in 2021 and 2022. The data analysis technique carried out is a descriptive data analysis technique. This study shows that the measurement of the performance of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Informatics, Encryption and Statistics Communication Office in 2021 and 2022 has met the principle of value for money reviewed from the elements of economy, efficiency and effectiveness (3e). In 2021 and 2022, from an economic aspect, the percentage ratios were 94.39% and 95.13%, respectively, indicating that the activities carried out by the Department of Communication, Informatics, Encryption, and Statistics of Indragiri Hilir Regency in Pekanbaru are economically viable. In 2020 and 2021, in terms of efficiency, the percentages were 93.18% and 95.30%, respectively, indicating that the activities carried out by the Department of Communication, Informatics, Encryption, and Statistics of Indragiri Hilir Regency in Pekanbaru are efficient. In terms of program/activity effectiveness conducted by the Department of Communication, Informatics, Encryption, and Statistics of Indragiri Hilir in 2021 and 2022, there were 2 performance indicators with effective ratings, and 1 performance indicator whose achievement could not yet be calculated.
