Abstract
This research aims to understand the recruitment and selection processes at the People's Credit Bank (BPR) in Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, defining dimensions and indicators from each theory to be developed into a questionnaire as a data collection technique. The sample in this study consists of all employees accepted by the People's Credit Bank Rokan Hulu Pasir Pengaraian, Rokan Hulu Regency, in 2022, totaling 20 people. Data analysis techniques use descriptive statistics to elaborate on the distributed questionnaires. The results of this research reveal that the recruitment process, according to BPR Rokan Hulu employees, has an average score of 80.37%, categorized as good. Regarding the selection process, according to BPR Rokan Hulu employees, the average score is 82%, categorized as good.
