Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of determining the influence of motivation and workload on the performance of nurses at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The population in this study was all 167 employees at Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research uses the purposive sampling method, namely a sampling technique with certain considerations. In this case, the researchers took a sample of 66 nurses from Eria Hospital Pekanbaru. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS 25. The research results showed that simultaneously motivation and workload had a positive and significant effect on nurse performance.
