Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at the Fira Service car repair shop in Labuh Baru, Pekanbaru City. As for sampling using the Purposive Sampling method, the sample in this study was 50 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use observation and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple linear regression test with the help of SPSS version 26 software. The results of this research show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Fira Service Car Workshop in Labuh Baru, Pekanbaru City.
