Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Work-Life Balance on Performance with Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable (Case Study at the Kampar District Health Center). Kubang Jaya II. This study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to test each hypothesis. The results of this study found that there is a positive and significant effect of Work-Life Balance on nurse performance. There is a positive and significant effect of Work-Life Balance on job satisfaction through variables Moderation. Job satisfaction through moderation variables has a positive and significant effect on nurse performance. Work Life Balance indirectly has a negative influence on the Performance variable which is moderated by Job satisfaction
