Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of workload and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bukit Apit Bumi Persada Duri, Bengkalis Regency. Sampling used the Census method, so the sample in this study was 71 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression testing using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that workload has a negative effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at PT. Bukit Apit Bumi Persada Duri, Bengkalis Regency.
