Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of accounting information systems and organizational culture on individual performance at Supermarkets in Bangkinang city. This study was conducted at 30 Supermarkets spread across Bangkinang city. Respondents were taken using the Purposive Sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by distributing 80 questionnaires to 30 Supermarkets in Bangkinang city. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis on the SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that partially the supermarket information system has an effect on individual performance and organizational culture partially has an effect on individual performance. Simultaneously, the supermarket information system and organizational culture have an effect on individual performance.
