Abstract

This study analyzes the Evaluation of District Integrated Administrative Services (PATEN) at the Payung Sekaki Sub-district office, Pekanbaru City. The purpose of this study is to find out how the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) is and to find out what are the inhibiting factors in the evaluation of the District Integrated Administrative Service Program (PATEN). In this study, a descriptive type of research is used with a qualitative type of research. Data collection in this study was carried out by observation, interviews and documentation as well as analysis was carried out by data analysis which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing and documentation studies involving the government and the community. The result of this study is that the evaluation of the District Integrated Administrative Service (PATEN) can provide convenience for the community in meeting their needs and getting satisfactory services.
