Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of company size, funding structure, dividend policy and profitability variables on creative accounting in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The population in this study was 92 property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique to obtain 17 companies that met the research criteria during the 2020-2022 time period. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of tests that have been carried out, it shows that the variables company size and profitability significantly influence creative accounting. The variables of funding structure and dividend policy have no effect on creative accounting. Simultaneously, the variables company size, funding structure, dividend policy and profitability have a significant effect on creative accounting.
