Abstract

EVALUATION OF THE FAMILY HOPE PROGRAM IN KEPAU JAYA VILLAGE SIAK HULU DISTRICT KAMPAR REGENCY ABSTRACT BY : POPY NABILA The provision of government assistance is still a problem because the assistance is not being properly targeted. Through the Family Hope program in Kapau Village Siak Hulu Regency assistance to the poor has not been distributed evenly. The implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kapau Village, Siak Hulu Regency cannot be separated from Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness and Accuracy. The purpose of this study was to determine the inhibiting factors of the Family Hope Program in Kepau Jaya Village Siak Hulu District Kampar Regency. The research method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Discussion on the implementation of the Family Hope program in Kapau Village, Siak Hulu Regency has not been carried out optimally. This is because there are still many poor people who have not received the assistance evenly. Conclusion of the Implementation of the Family Hope Program in Kapau Village, Siak Hulu Regency, it is known that the recipients of assistance are not based on the poor community as a whole, the lack of socialization by the Village office regarding the existence of assistance for the poor so that many people do not know about the existence of this assistance, and the lack of data collection on each registered community to determine the eligibility of assistance recipients. The researcher's suggestion is that the Village Government and the district assistants implementing the Family Hope Program conduct outreach so that the community is aware of the assistance, conduct data collection on the eligibility of recipients of the Family Hope Program assistance and provide assistance evenly to the underprivileged community in Kapau Village.
