Abstract
This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes and it aimed to investigate the effect of using project-based learning method on students’ Fiqh learning outcomes in class X Social Science at Madrasah Aliyah Kandangan of Siak Regency. The aim of the study was to determine the effect of using project-based learning method on Students’ Fiqh learning outcomes in class X Social Science at Madrasah Aliyah Kandangan of Siak Regency. The study used the saturated sampling technique, namely taking the total number of the population consisting of 40 students. The data collection techniques of the study was carried out by distributing questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis techniques of the study were validity test, reliability test, normality test, and hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that the hypothesis stating that there was an effect of using project-based learning method on Fiqh learning outcomes was accepted with a probability value of 0.001 <0.05, it can be concluded that there was an effect of using project-based learning method on Students’ Fiqh learning outcomes in class X Social Science at Madrasah Aliyah Kandangan of Siak Regency.
