Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the effect of work discipline and work experience on the performance of the employees of the Pekanbaru tribune. The sample in this study were 35 employees using the Purposive Sampling method where the sample used was only in the office section. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews, documentation. The results showed that work discipline and work experience had a positive and significant effect simultaneously on the performance of the Pekanbaru Tribune employees.
