Abstract
This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of service quality, price and facilities on customer satisfaction at Kos Nabila Air Cold Marpoyan, Pekanbaru. The sampling technique in this research is to use the census method, namely taking the entire population as a sample. In this case the researcher took 33 samples by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The method used is descriptive analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The research results showed that (1) Simultaneously service quality, price and facilities had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) Partially service quality had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) Partially price had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and (4) partially facilities have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
