Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowing and analyze non-physical work environment and job satisfaction simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of PT. Megatama Mestika Jaya Kota Dumai. The population in this study were employees of PT. Megatama Mestika Jaya Kota Dumai totaling 216 people. The samples used were as many as 68 respondents. The sampling technique used by the type Simple Probability Sampling Sampling Randon. In analyzing the research data used statistical analysis using SPSS 17.0. The results of the analysis with SPSS, showed that the relationship between the Working Environment Non-Physical (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X2) with Employee Performance (Y) have a strong relationship level that is equal to 0.780. Simultaneously, non-physical work environment and job satisfaction influence on employee performance. Partially, non-physical work environment variables (X1) which influence positively and signigikan the performance of employees, while job satisfaction variables (X2) does not affect the performance of employees.
