Abstract
THE EFFECT OF WORK STRESS AND NORMATIVE COMMITMENT ON TURNOVER INTENTION AT GRAND HAWAI HOTEL PEKANBARU This study aims to determine and analyze the Influence of Job Stress and Normative Commitment on Turnover Intention at the Grand Hawai Hotel Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 39 respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection techniques use observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SPSS software version 26. The results of this study indicate that job stress and normative commitment have a significant effect on turnover intention at the Grand Hawai Hotel Pekanbaru.
