Abstract

Based on the 2024 RKPDes phenomenon in Wonosari Village, it is known that the problems related to the preparation of RKPDes in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency consist of indications that the communication that has been developed has not been effective, the resources available are inadequate, the disposition is still weak, and the organizational structure has not been running well. The aim of the research is to determine the implementation of the preparation of the village government work plan in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in 2024 and to determine the inhibiting factors in the implementation of the preparation of the village government work plan in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in 2024. This research uses a qualitative approach. Informants in this research consisted of the Village Head, Village Secretary, Chair of RKPDes Preparation, BPD, and the Community. The data collection techniques used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers regarding the implementation of the preparation of village government work plans in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in 2024, it is known that progress has not been optimal because there are still several obstacles occurring in the field. Meanwhile, in terms of inhibiting factors in the implementation of the preparation of the village government work plan in Wonosari Village, Bengkalis District, Bengkalis Regency in 2024, such as the decision being in one party, resources are still lacking, and supervision is still weak.
