Abstract
This study aims to determine the Product Quality, Service Quality and Price on Customer Loyalty of Ayam Geprek Bang Juki in Pekanbaru City with Customer Satisfaction Mediation. The population in this study is those who have bought and tasted products from Ayam Geprek Bang Juki at least 1 time and the minimum age of respondents is 17 years. This study uses a sampling technique using the Slovin formula calculation by distributing questionnaires totaling 64 respondents. The data sources are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing using SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that (1) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Price has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (4) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. (5) Product quality affects customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. (6) Service quality influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. (7) Price influences customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a mediating variable.
