Abstract

This study aims to determine the Influence of Experience on Customer Loyalty at Pondok Ikan Bakar Pak Idrus in Lipatkain, Kampar Kiri District. The research method used in this study uses a quantitative method. The data collection instrument uses a questionnaire distributed to customers. The sampling technique in this study uses an excidental sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. All statements are valid, reliable and normal. The results of the study indicate that customer experience has a significant effect on customer loyalty at Pondok Ikan Bakar Pak Idrus in Lipatkain, Kampar Kiri District.
