Abstract

This study aims to determine the Ease of Transaction and Service Features on Interest in Using the DANA Application in Pekanbaru City. The population in this study is the people of Pekanbaru City who use the DANA Application and this study uses a purposive sampling technique by distributing questionnaires totaling 100 respondents. The data sources are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing using SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that (1) Partially the Ease of Transaction variable has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using. (2) partially the Service Feature variable has a positive and significant effect on Interest in Using (3) simultaneously Ease of Transaction and Service Features have a significant effect on Interest in Using.
