Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality on repurchase interest at Waroeng Steak & Shake Panam Pekanbaru Branch. Product quality is considered an important factor in determining consumer decisions to make repeat purchases. The research method used is quantitative with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents who are consumers of waroeng steak & shake. The results of the regression analysis show that product quality has a significant effect onrepurchase interest, with a t-count value of 2,847 greater thanthe t-table of 1,660, and a significance value of 0,000 less than 0,05. The findings show that increasing product quality can significantly encourage consumers to make repeat purchases. Based on these results, it is recommended that the management of Waroeng Steak & Shake continue to maintain and improve the quality of products and services, in order to strengthen consumer loyalty and increase repurchase interest.
