Abstract
Each tourism has its own uniqueness in attracting and meeting the needs of tourists. One of them is the tourist bus facility. Where transportation has an important role in increasing mobility and the economy of the community, within its scope public transportation has accessed land, sea and air routes. In terms of efficiency, air transportation is the best choice for the community, but with the high cost of public choice falling on the use of land transportation. In this study, researchers used the census method at PT.MPMand to all passengers who boarded the Mpm bus which was used as a sample in this study. the data obtained was through observation, questionnaires and interviews which were then analyzed using SPSS Version 22, with the results of testing the hypothesis, which shows that the Servicescape variable has a significant effect on Pleasure Feeling. From the results of data analysis and processing using the SPSS version 22 program above, it can be concluded that the indicators that describe Servicescape are proven to have an effect on the Pleasure Feeling of PT Mutia Putri Mulia. This shows that Servicescape is one of the factors that can affect PleasureFeeling.From the output d, it can be seen that the t value is 11.905 with a significant value of 0.000 0.05 (11.905 1.660). So Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is an influence of variable X (servicescape) on Y (Pleasure).
