Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and analyze whether education level and salary have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Tapung Hilir sub-district office, Kampar Regency. The population in this study were all employees who worked at the Tapung Hilir Subdistrict Office, Kampar Regency. The sampling technique in this research was to use a saturated sample, namely all employees working at the Tapung Hilir Subdistrict Office, Kampar Regency, while the population used as researchers for the research sample was 60 people. The data collection technique in this research uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this research uses descriptive analysis and Smartpls 4 testing. The results of this research show that education level and salary have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at the Tapung Hilir sub-district office, Kampar Regency.
