Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of Employee’s Engagement and Work-life Balance on Turnover Intention among Employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, Head Office in Pekanbaru. This study employes quantitative descriptive research method. The population of study consists of employess at the Head Office of PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah Pekanbaru, with a sample of 83 employees selectes using the Slovin formula. The results of this study indicates that both Employee Engagement and Work-life Balance have a significant influence on the Turnover Intention of employees at PT. Bank Riau Kepri Syariah, Head Office Pekanbaru
