Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of occupational health and safety on employee performance at PT Sekarbumi Alam Lestari. Occupational health and safety (K3) is an important factor that can influence the motivation, productivity and welfare of employees in a company. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method, where data is collected through a questionnaire announced to employees of PT Sekarbumi Alam Lestari. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine the relationship between occupational health and safety variables and employee performance. The research results show that occupational health and safety have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. Improving health and safety conditions in the workplace can increase motivation and productivity, so that employees can work more effectively and efficiently. Based on these findings, it is recommended that companies continue to improve K3 programs to support the creation of a safer and healthier work environment, which in turn will improve employee performance.
