Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of organizational communication, and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Vira Jaya Riau Putra. This study uses primary and secondary data from 30 samples with a sample determination method, namely random sampling who are employees of the production department at PT. Vira jaya Riau Putra. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Descriptive Analysis and SMARTPLS4 model analysis. The results of the study were obtained that. Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational communication has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational communication has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, while Work Discipline has a negative and insignificant influence on performance.
