Abstract
This research aims to determine the cafe atmosphere and location on customer satisfaction at coffee in Bangkinang. The population in this research is Tuan Coffee Bangkinang customers and this research uses a proportional sampling technique by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. Data sources are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this research is the multiple linear regression test using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that (1) Partially, the Cafe Atmosphere variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. (2) partially the Location variable has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (3) simultaneously the Cafe Atmosphere and Location have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.
