Abstract

The sampling method is purposive sampling by taking a sample of 100 people. The data collection technique used by the author is the method of observation, interviews and distributing questionnaires. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used in this research using SPSS 26 are validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear analysis test, t test, and coefficient of determination test (R^2). The results of this research show that free shipping has a positive and significant effect on online buying. The coefficient of determination results show that the R Square is 0.521 or 52.1%. This means that the free shipping variable influences consumers' online buying of Promise Jiwa Gobah coffee by 52.1% and 47.9% is influenced by other variables not taken into account in this research.
