Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Gender Diversity on Financial Performance. The study uses a quantitative approach with a causality design. The study was conducted at Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sample selection used a purposive sampling method to obtain 15 company samples. The research data is secondary data, namely audited financial reports obtained through the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The hypothesis was tested using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS version 23 software. The results of the analysis found that partially, Gender has a significant effect on Financial Performance, Current ratio (CR) has a significant effect on Financial Performance, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance, Firm size does not have a significant effect on Financial Performance and Sales growth has a significant effect on Financial Performance.
