Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of salary and incentives on teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda, Tebing Tinggi Barat District, Pulau Meranti Regency. The population in this study is all teachers who work at MTs. The sampling technique in this study uses Census sampling, namely sampling based on the total population of 57 people. Data collection techniques in this research used questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in this research uses Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) on SmartPLS 3.0. The results of this research show that salary and incentives partially and simultaneously have a significant positive effect on teacher performance at MTs Nurul Huda, Tebing Tinggi District, Pulau Meranti Regency.
