Abstract
THE INFLUENCE OF WORK DISCIPLINE AND INTRINSIC MOTIVATION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE TUALANG DISTRICT OFFICE This research aims to determine the effect of work discipline and intrinsic motivation on employee performance at the Tulang sub-district office. The population in this study was 37 employees with the sample in this study being 37 respondents using the Census method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a multiple linear regression test with the help of SPSS 26 software. The results of this research show that work discipline and intrinsic motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tualang sub-district office employees.
