Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF AUTOCRATIC LEADERSHIP STYLE AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF NINJA EXPRESS PEKANBARU EMPLOYEES DELLA OKTARISA The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of autocratic leadership style and work motivation on employee performance at Ninja Express Pekanbaru. The population in this study were employees working at Ninja Express, which were 133 people. The sampling technique in this study used a survey method using a questionnaire, namely determination based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher and a total of 50 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive analysis and SPSS 22. The results of this study indicate that autocratic leadership style and work motivation have 67,4% a significant effect on employee performance at Ninja Express Pekanbaru.
