Abstract
THE EFFECT OF COMPENSATION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE HEALTH UPTD OF SUKARAJA COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, KUANTAN SINGINGI REGENCY This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline on employee performance at the Sukaraja Health Center Health Service Unit, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The population in this study was 52 employees with a sample in this study of 40 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SPSS 26 Software. The results of this study indicate that compensation and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Sukaraja Health Center Health Service Unit, Kuantan Singingi Regency.
