Abstract

THE INFLUENCE OF MULTIPLE ROLE CONFLICT ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES AT SANTA ELISABETH HOSPITAL BATAM This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of dual role conflict on employee performance at Rumah Sakti Santa Elisabeth Batam. Sampling used the Purposive Sampling method, so the sample in this study was 54 medical respondents. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while data collection techniques use interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this research is a simple linear regression test using the SmartPLS-4 software. The results of this research show that dual role conflict has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Rumah Sakti Santa Elisabeth Batam.
