Abstract

THE EFFECT OF JOB SATISFACTION AND WORK DISCIPLINE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT THE PALM OIL FACTORY (PKS) PT INECDA PLANTATION PETALA BUMI VILLAGE, SEBERIDA DISTRICT, INDRAGIRI HULU REGENCY This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and work discipline on employee performance at the palm oil mill (PKS) PT. Inecda Plantation, Petala Bumi Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency. The population in this study was 110 employees with a sample in this study of 86 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The types and sources of data are primary and secondary data, while the data collection technique uses interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression testing with the help of SPSS 26 Software. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the palm oil mill (PKS) PT. Inecda Plantation, Petala Bumi Village, Seberida District, Indragiri Hulu Regency.
