Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the effect of burnout on employee turnover at Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru. This research includes quantitative research. The population in this study were employees who worked at the Alpha Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling method used was the purposive sampling method, namely random sampling. The sample size was determined based on this method, namely 31 employee respondents. The data collection technique in this research uses questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this research uses quantitative descriptive analysis with Simple Linear Regression Analysis techniques using SPSS version 25. The results of this research show that burnout has a positive and significant effect on employee turnover at Hotel Alpha Pekanbaru. This proves that the higher the burnout at the hotel, the employee turnover rate also increases.
